What We Do
Since 1999 we have been delivering advisory services in the construction environment for clients across South Africa and beyond. We are specialists in Quantity Surveying, Project and Program Management for built assets across specialized areas of the construction industry, including Retail, Mixed-Use Developments, Residential, Leisure, Industrial, Infrastructure, Work place,
Education and Healthcare.
We advise stakeholders in both the private and the public sectors. Our clients include multinational companies, property developers, investment companies and pension funds as well as banks, including the South African Reserve Bank, but also private individuals, automotive manufacturers, non-profit organizations, parastatals, government bodies and institutions, government implementing agencies, as well as municipal, provincial and national departments.

The Oceans projects is a mixed-use development currently comprising of structured parking, retail GLA of 22 000m², two residential towers (approximately 414 units) and a high end 200 key hotel.
