“Denise Joined Crane in 2005 as the Group’s Human Capital Director. She acquired vast experiences from previous business ventures and has extensive knowledge in on all aspects of human resources. In addition to her HR responsibilities, she heads the company’s Corporate Social Investment Department which played an active role in community projects in South Africa (Durban and Johannesburg), Vietnam and India. Denise has been awarded HR leadership in 2014 and the 100 most talented Global HR Leader in 2015. Other positions include: Member of SABPP) South African Board for Peoples Management) and IPM (Institute of People Management). Since 2019 Denise was offered to head up the Business Development and Marketing Department. Her experience gained from her previous employment will enable her to execute her new task effectively and efficiently.

Making a positive impact extends beyond our work and into giving back to communities. Crane awards bursaries to disadvantaged students. All our employees are encouraged to volunteer for projects with Kids Haven, assisting with upkeep and painting projects. We sponsored furniture and provided renovations for Villa of Hope. Through City Parks we sponsor upkeep and operations specifically at George Lea Park off William Nicol. We actively participate in Mandela Day. We are involved with the DASV Foundation in helping underprivileged communities.
